Shipping & Returns

Shipping is by USPS or UPS. I typically ship on Monday or Tuesday. With a 2-3 day mailing time, this avoids any products sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. In stock items will usually ship in 3-5 business days, special requests will take about seven business days. Special CP Soap requests, however, will take a minimum of seven weeks.

Shipping Costs:
Purchase of $ 0 to $ 39.99 - $10.00
Purchase of $40.00 + - SHIPPING IS FREE

Creams and body butters may melt in transit. Have you ever left a bar of chocolate in your car all day? If it melted, than you should add summer shipping to your order to protect your products! There will be an additional charge for Summer Shipping because your items will be packed with ice bags.

Due to the nature of the product, and the fact that we can’t know what happens to a product once it leaves the store, we can’t offer returns. However, if you have a genuine problem with a product, please contact us to discuss it. We not only want to know of problems, but we’re here to make your bath & body experience pleasant, so we’d like the opportunity to correct the problem.

Requests for cancellations call only be accepted the same day or by Noon MST the day after you have submitted your order. Our apologies, but all requests for cancellations received after that time cannot be accepted.

If you need assistance with an order - such as an address correction - please call us immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept any requests for changes to products, or additions to submitted orders.

Since it is so hard to know what you may like or a friend may like based solely on a website description, I offer samples at a very low price. You can pick up to 8 samples of creams and lotions. Prices for each sample is .79 plus shipping. Cream, butter and lotion samples come in small 5 mL jars.

Order samples when you order other products and save shipping!

Please store your soaps in a cool dry place until you are ready to use them. No need to package them, cold process soap likes to breathe. Soap should be placed in a soap dish that drains well (see our soap dish, as an example). Soap should never be left in the tub or shower if it will be in direct line with the spray from the shower. Your soaps will dissolve very quickly if constantly exposed to moisture.

I try to keep my products priced competitively, however, because I use pure, natural, and organic ingredients my products may reflect the higher cost of those items.

Typically, because they are hand-crafted, each bar of soap may be a little different, and the size of the bar may vary from batch to batch, but they weigh approximately 4-5 oz. each except for the guest soaps, which are naturally smaller (2-3 oz.). Lotions are packaged in 4 & 8 ounce bottles, creams in 3 & 6 ounce jars and whipped butters are usually sold in 2 & 4 ounce jars.
